4. Sales, Shipping & Returns

All artwork sales are final.

We currently ship within the United States and also offer local pickup for select purchases.

Shipped artwork may include shipping insurance when appropriate. In the event of damage during transit, claims must be reported promptly and may require documentation, photographs, and cooperation with the shipping carrier or insurer.

Commissioned artwork, custom projects, scenic work, murals, activations, and creative services are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Project Inquiries & Creative Services

This website may allow users to inquire about murals, scenic art, body painting, creative activations, studio rentals, IRIS Photo Robot services, commissions, collaborations, and other creative projects.

Submitting an inquiry does not constitute acceptance, scheduling, or formation of a contractual agreement.

Project scope, timelines, pricing, availability, deposits, licensing, and deliverables are determined separately through direct communication and written agreements when applicable.
