Are you a Las Vegas-area artist, craftsperson, or maker looking for a fun, high-profile place to showcase your work? Slonina ARTSpace and Planet 13 invite you to be part of our new monthly Planet the 13th Night Market — an exciting indoor event celebrating local creativity at one of the most visited entertainment complexes in the world.

This is your chance to connect with new audiences, sell your handmade goods and engage the community with a fun, interactive experience… all with no booth fee. Space is limited and competitive, so bring your best setup and let your creativity shine!

NOTE:
It is also possible to share a booth with another artist, but each participant must apply separately. See form instructions below for how to request a shared booth.

EVENT:
Planet the 13th Night Market

LOCATION:
Indoors at the Planet 13 Entertainment Complex, Las Vegas

 

DEADLINE TO APPLY:

11:59 PM on the 3rd of each month to be considered for that month’s market.

⚠️ Artists must reapply every month, regardless of prior acceptance status.

 

APPLICATION FEE:
$15 to help cover administrative costs (non-refundable).

 

BOOTH FEE:
No booth fee if accepted! However, each artist is required to provide a free interactive component at their booth (details below).

PROMOTION:
This event cannot be a success without your help! Accepted vendors are expected to actively promote their participation on social media. We ask for multiple posts and stories in the days leading up to the event, tagging @sloninaartspace and @planet13.lv. By working together, we can grow this new event into a thriving community tradition!

 

SPACE:

Due to the layout of the venue, booth spaces vary in size, averaging approximately 6’ x 9’.

SETUP:

Artists must provide their own table setups, chairs, and display items. Modular display grids, easels, and similar items are also welcome. No tents are allowed, and walls of the venue may not be used to display merchandise.

This is a lit, climate-controlled indoor environment. Vendors must bring their own battery-operated or rechargeable lighting, electronics, and other equipment — no electricity is available.

Artists are responsible for collecting their own payments and reporting/paying their own sales tax.

We strongly recommend using a portable cart or wheeled suitcases for easier load-in and breakdown.

As part of this application, you must submit both a description and a photo of your complete booth setup.

SCHEDULE:

  • Application Deadline: 3rd of each month

  • Acceptance Notifications Sent: 5th of each month

  • Market Date: Always on the 13th of each month

EVENT HOURS:

NOTE: Event times vary depending on whether the 13th falls on a weekday or weekend.

Weekday (Mon–Fri):
 Registration/Load-in: 4:45–5 PM
 Setup: 5–6 PM
 Event: 6–10 PM
 Breakdown: 10–11 PM

Weekend (Sat–Sun):
 Registration/Load-in: 1:45–2 PM
 Setup: 2–3 PM
 Event: 3–9 PM
 Breakdown: 9–10 PM

⚠️ Setup time is strictly limited to 15 minutes for registration/load-in and one hour for setup. Early arrivals may need to wait before being admitted to the event area. Late arrivals may forfeit participation.

SUBMISSION GUIDELINES:

  • All participating artists and assistants must be 21+ (Planet 13 is a 21+ venue).

  • Applicants must be local (Las Vegas/Clark County or Pahrump, NV).

  • All goods must be handmade or original designs.

  • We welcome sealed, non-perishable food items only if you have a current Cottage Food Operations license from the Southern Nevada Health District. Please submit your Cottage License to info@sloninaartspace.com when you apply.

  • Prohibited: Hate speech, racism, homophobia, cultural appropriation, or copyright infringement.

PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE

By participating in the Planet the 13th Night Market, I (“the Artist”) hereby grant Slonina ARTSpace and PLANET 13, including their affiliates, partners, and authorized representatives (collectively referred to as “Organizers”), the irrevocable right to photograph, film, and otherwise digitally capture both:

  • My submitted and exhibited artwork and booth setup, and

  • My likeness, image, voice, and any assistants present at my booth

 

This permission is granted for the purposes of event documentation, promotion, publicity, marketing, and archival use, in both commercial and non-commercial contexts.

 

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Use in social media posts, event listings, and printed/digital marketing materials

  • Use in video or photo recaps, livestreams, interviews, and media/press coverage

  • Display on websites, email newsletters, and affiliated platforms of Slonina ARTSpace, PLANET 13, and their partners

 

Artist Affirmations:

  • I affirm that I own or have full legal rights to all submitted and exhibited works and have the authority to grant this release.

  • I understand that images and footage of me, my artwork, and my booth may appear in promotional materials without notice, and I waive any right to inspect or approve the final versions.

  • I understand that reasonable efforts will be made to provide artist credit (e.g., captions, name tags), but I waive any claim to enforce credit in every instance.

  • I acknowledge that no compensation will be provided for the use of any images, video, or recordings captured during the event or its related activities.

 

This release applies to all media captured before, during, and after the Planet the 13th Night Market, including setup, breakdown, and participation in any associated promotional events.

This release is royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide, and non-exclusive.

By agreeing via this electronic form, I understand and accept these terms in full.
