Gina BoBina
Artist, Entertainment Director
I am Gina BoBina and I live to create!
Art, and creating art, is my way of life. I was fortunate enough to be raised in an environment where creativity was held in high regard. My mom is an artist and shared her love for the creative process with me, encouraging me to pursue my passion of art from a young age. I have been drawing ever since I can remember. I was born in New Jersey and moved to California at age 18. Entering college, I studied Graphic Design, but 3 years in I switched to Art Education. I moved to Las Vegas in 2013 and enjoyed a successful 7 years teaching middle and high school art.
Post-Covid, I have since left teaching to pursue my art full time, and learn the art of tattooing. I have been living in Las Vegas for 10 years now, and don't plan on going anywhere soon, I love Sin City! I even started my family here and am the proud Mama of my beautiful son, Vinny Mack, my very best favorite work of art.
While in high school, I was classically trained across the bridge in Philadelphia at Studio Incamminati, with Nelson Shanks. I was awarded 4 scholarships to Tyler School of Art to study during their Youth Summer Programs. I have been fine tuning and pursuing my art ever since. In college I was the Program Coordinator for the California State Long Beach College of the Arts and produced the annual Arts Mixer with the largest attendance.
When I moved to Las Vegas, I instantly got involved with the Arts Distirct and our monthly art walk First Friday. I was on the winning team for the 2019 First Friday Art Battle with Geneva Marquez and Mark Goddard. I was a board member for the City of the World Gallery, hosted many student art shows and even taught art classes while there. I specialize in curating art as well, and love to feature up and coming artists, honoring those who believed in me!
I have been in many art shows, group and solo, in Los Angeles and Las Vegas. I love to collaborate with other artists: stay tuned for what I got next!
